So far, we have identified ?NAC activity only with the nucleic acid binding. Yotov and other reports that ?NAC highly redundant DNA sequences, which means that its transcriptional activation [25]. Consistent with this, also there have been reports ?NAC tissue-specific isomers (skNAC) in differentiated cells showed increase [24,25,39,40]. Yotov, etc. results to the contrary, we found that ?NAC not As for the DNA binding, there is no sequence-specific. Instead, it can combine with DNA and RNA molecules. These results suggest that contribute to the combination of NAC with ribosomal ?NAC affinity for nucleic acids.
